really do care, honest I do,
I care about the things that happen to you;
I care about the things that come your way,
And for the disappointments you may know today;
For all the plans that went astray,
For the frown that crossed your brow today ---
I care about the deepest sigh,
And for the emptiness that made you cry;
The sense of failure, as you look back,
